Start with a customer question
Write down the questions people ask before they enquire or purchase. What does it cost? How does it work? Is it right for them? Those questions give your content a useful starting point.
Balance three types of content
Use discovery posts to introduce the offer, explanation posts to answer questions and action posts to show the next step. Product details, demonstrations and process stories can all support that mix.
Build a recognisable rhythm
Repeat a small set of formats rather than reinventing the feed every week. Keep colours, logo placement and writing style consistent, while varying the subject and photograph.
Make the next step easy
Choose one action for each post. A product detail post might lead to a product page; a service explanation could invite a project brief. Make sure the destination matches the promise.
Review what helps the business
Look beyond likes. Consider relevant enquiries, useful conversations and website actions alongside reach and saves. Use the results to choose what to repeat and what to improve.
